Other Info:
The track is believed to have been built in the mid 1960s at the same time as the school. It thus would have been 440y originally and it is not thought to have ever been converted to 400m. Welsh League matches were held here in the 1960s & 70s. The track is in good condition and the lanes are marked although the field event facilities are in poor condition. The PV runway seems to have double-ended with a covered box into a sand pit at one end and just a box at the other.
