Other Info:
The track opened in 1996 and has a Spurtan BS surface although according to the track layers, Balsam, the surfacing was completed in July 1993. There is a clubhouse next to the track which is separate to the Sports Centre and which was completed in 1998. The configuration of the TJ boards is odd in that the top left and bottom right (in the track diagram) runways have 9m and 11m boards whereas the bottom left and top right ones only have 13m boards.
