Other Info:
The track was originally a redgra one. It was upgraded to synthetic in 1996 and the track surface is blue coloured Martin ISS 2000. There is an extensive grass area next to the track with throwing facilities and a synthetic warm-up straight. The stadium has now become the premier venue in Glasgow and hosts GB international fixtures.
