Other Info:
The track is part of RAF Chicksands which was used by the US Air Force until 1995 and is now a joint services base. It is situated on a Sports Island - a narrow strip of land bordered by water. It definitely still existed in 2001 but it is thought that it might have been lost due to recent building works.
