Other Info:
The track opened in 1994 and the surface is Polytan M although have seen a reference to it being Resisport. The Riverside Stadium is set in the shadow of the beautiful Lumley Castle. Field event equipment is limited so throwers are advised to bring their own although field event training and hurdling must be under the supervision of a suitably qualified coach.
